Do I need a paid ATAS licence?
Our indicators run inside ATAS, so you need the ATAS platform with custom-indicator support plus a market-data feed. You don’t buy anything extra from us beyond the indicators themselves.
Which markets and data feeds are supported?
Any feed ATAS supports with real footprint data (bid × ask volume per price), including Rithmic and CQG. The tools are built for futures (ES, NQ, CL, GC…) and work on most crypto perpetuals. They are not usable on spot forex, which has no centralized volume.
What if a tool doesn’t work on my setup?
Check the requirements first: ATAS plus a data feed with real footprint data, like Rithmic or CQG. Not sure? Email us before you buy. If a tool doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, we refund it.
How do I receive my indicators after purchase?
At checkout you give us the email your ATAS platform logs in with. Your indicators are linked to that ATAS account. No license keys, no files to install. Activate them once in ATAS (gear icon → Custom Modules) and they’re in your indicators list. Each purchase also includes a downloadable PDF guide.
Do the signals repaint?
No. Signals are evaluated on completed bars and stay where they printed. Like the footprint itself, the currently forming bar can update until it closes, but a printed signal on a closed bar doesn’t move.
Can I use the indicators on more than one computer?
Yes, access is tied to your ATAS account, not to a machine, so it follows your login across your own devices.
